How to make a 'Living Food Lunch'

This is an alkalising sprouted green lentil salad! Green lentils are so easy to sprout. Buy a packet of dried green lentils from the supermarket (please get organic which are only a few pennies more). Soak in water for 2 hours, rinse well and cover in a bowl. Keep them covered and they will search for the light and sprout like wildfire. Watch them grow over a few days and eat with anything you fancy. They are a living food so you get all the energy and nutrients. They taste gorgeous and will leave you feeling dreamy and cleansed. Guaranteed x
