Healthy Black Forest Mousse

OMG. This recipe happened by accident. But it’s totes amaze!

250ml Oatly milk/ your favourite non dairy variety.
Half ripe avocado (or full one if small)
Half cup (approx 110 g) of dried cherries (use unsweetened and pref organic)
A big scoop of raw cacao powder

BLITZ and serve as mousse (or add a bit more milk and ice for a cracking smoothie). Share with your family, friends or indulge by your lovely self.
