The Two Week Transformation proved to have some great effects! See the comments below from a sample of the people who tried it. All in all, it seems to be an excellent way to give your body hydration – and almost everyone felt less hungry as a result. The green juice had mixed reviews as some people were averse to cucumber and celery. All in all though, the benefits of having a green juice first thing in the morning seemed to shine through.
Noted side effects were mainly a headache on the first few days, which is normal for any detox. Also going to the loo more frequently is something to bear in mind in Week 1.

Totally loved week one and I am still drinking lots of extra water every day, and as a result I feel less hungry, much less likely to snack and my skin looks better and less tired. I’m also being mindful when I drink the water, it’s a good chance to ground myself during the day – Liz

I loved the green juice and felt pretty energetic throughout the week.
What most surprised me was how the morning ritual seemed to help me through the rest of the day. I thought I would hate it (I love my sleep) but because I could do it from my bed it helped me prepare my mind for the rest of the day.
