Half cucumber (peeled unless organic)
1 large tomato
Handful fresh, organic water cress
Braggs Aminos or good quality Himalayan/sea salt
Splash raw apple cider vinegar
Extra Virgin Olive Oil or cold pressed one of your choice
Chop the salad finely, cut the dill with scissors – and whilst you’re at it you may want to chop up the watercress into smaller pieces too. Place in a serving bowl.
Add the Braggs (4-5 sprays or to taste) and if you’re using salt instead, go for half tsp. Add the vinegar and a glug of oil. Mix it up. Maybe wait 5-10 mins for it to settle in and then eat!
I had mine with a rice dish that I made. MMMM.
Watercress is by far one of the best leafy greens for health. Buy organic and it’ll serve you well.
