Want to look good and feel great for summer?

This is it! The one simple addition to your day which will help to boost your immune system and make you more conscious with other food choices (for me I don’t crave so much sugar when I juice regularly). It’s also mega hydrating and sorts your digestive system out a treat. Start your day with a green juice and you’ll notice amazing results in the weeks to come. You can do it! So here we go – grab a juicer, a few simple ingredients and be prepared to feel good.

1/3 cucumber

3 sticks of celery (and/or 3 kale leaves)

1/2 lime (peeled unless organic)

Thumb of fresh ginger

Juice, drink, be well 😉
