My workshops combine lots of healthy recipe creations as well as nutrition advice. I love doing raw food workshops because the recipes are made with simple and fresh plant based ingredients that taste so good and are super healthy.
The idea of each workshop is to give each person the space to learn and ask questions – as well as share their experiences with food.
It’s also a wonderful way of meeting like-minded people in a peaceful, comfortable environment.
Cleanliness and hygiene is paramount when it comes to food preparation and I have a Level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene certificate.
All ingredients used in my workshops are locally sourced and as organic as possible.
